The talk dissects the fundamental differences between a scripting and a dispensing practice. What this means to a health practice business and how to ensure good management and risk reduction. Business management and stock control are critical to ensuring costs are kept down and profitability is kept up. Unnecessary Costs need to be eliminated through risk reduction in terms of fraud and theft along with slow moving stock. On the revenue side there is a responsibility that the practice must remain profitable at a fair value for your services.

This lecture will take the practitioner through a process of assessing what dispensing or scripting means for his/her practice, using various scenarios and models.
