The measure of performance in any business is only seen when bench-marking achievement against of a set goals and targets. This lecture guides the practitioner on goal setting mechanisms. The lecture highlights four areas that are the key pillars of practice performance management. The monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure that the practice keeps a live performance scorecard are also presented and shared.

The practitioner will be able to go back to the practice with a game board "The Practice Gameboard" – that can be displayed in the practice in an area where this is the team playing field where activities are discussed, monitored and tracked by all staff.

The short program is run as a breakfast or evening workshop in select areas and times based on demand from any given area.
