Style: Immersive & Interactive          TimeBreakfast  or  evening functions

Brief Description

The success of a health practice business is manifested in its efficiency and ultimately in its profitability (not unlike most other businesses). This lecture describes a process flow for optimum revenue generation in a health practice. In each step of the work flow, control measures are described that will ensure that the practice will generate the appropriate revenue that is due to it in the shortest possible time.

The practitioner is empowered to develop systems in the practice for each element that contributes towards revenue generation. The systems start with appointment making, reception/front desk systems, consulting room systems, claims capture, claims submission, reconciliation and strict debtors book management processes.
